May 9-10, 2024 2nd Annual Mid-Atlantic Neurocritical Care Symposium

Fairfax, VA US
May 9, 2024 to May 10, 2024

About the Symposium

The 2nd Annual Mid-Atlantic Neurocritical Care Symposium will bring together experts from Inova, The University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University, ChristianaCare, MedStar Health, The University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University and beyond to discuss caring for critically ill neurological patients, as well as highlight recent innovations in the field.

The conference will occur over two days at the Inova Center for Personalized Health Conference Center in Fairfax, VA.  Day One will offer a comprehensive review of the essentials of neurocritical care and basics of secondary injury with a special focus on board-relevant material.  Day Two will transition to advances and controversies in neurocritical care innovations through case discussions.  The Symposium will welcome two keynote addresses.

For those interested, an Emergency Neurological Life Support (ENLS) course will be offered on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, before the start of the symposium at the Inova Physician's Conference Center. This year's ENLS course will include a live Simulation Lab included after the Didactic portion. Please select this option if you would like to add ENLS at Registration.
