Medical Director, Neurocritical Care

Dr. DeBoer earned his medical degree as well as a PhD from the University of Chicago, where he was part of the schools’ Medical Scientist Training Program. He remained there for his first year of residency  training, before relocating to Baltimore to complete his residency training in adult neurology, as well as fellowship training in neurocritical care, at Johns Hopkins. Dr. DeBoer joined MedStar Health in 2020. He is board certified in neurology and neurocritical care.
