Charles B. Toner is a dermatologist in Fairfax, Virginia and is affiliated with Virginia Hospital Center. He received his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Charles B. Toner is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and retired from the U.S. Navy after 29 years of service. He last served as Chairman of Dermatology and Chief of Mohs Surgery at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda and as Dermatology Consultant to the U.S. Congress. He has completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the Skin Cancer Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
