Victoria Tolbert-Ashley is an Ohio native and currently resides in Chicago, IL.  She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Fashion Design/Merchandise Management, Master of Science in Health Promotion and Exercise Science. She is certified in Corrective Exercise, Human Performance Enhancement, and Health Nutrition. Victoria is a New York State Board-Certified member of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health. She most recently earned her Executive MBA from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.

Victoria is the CEO of Champlified Solutions, an individual consulting firm providing access to scalable capital for marginalized businesses, researching, and providing community engagement in health-driven programs. Her work in community outreach and business development propelled her to become the founder of Champlified Health and Wellness, a 501C3 that is focused on community health promotion and patient engagement for diabetes, with a focus on increasing minority patient awareness and involvement in research studies. Champlified is vital because it gives the opportunity for community members to develop a foundational education about individual health improvement, addresses the root causes of poor health holistically, and empowers the community to use their voice and engage with medical professionals in a more meaningful way.

Victoria lives with her loves, her husband Andre, and three children, Ziva, Dalis, and Andre II.
