This is a 1.5-hour training for all Inova clinicians and providers on the topic of clinical practice with transgender and non-binary individuals, with the focus of improving cultural humility in clinical interactions and cultural environments. The recording itself is 1-hour and include 30-minutes of accompanying activities, two 10-minute reflections and one 10-minute video. All must be completed for credit.

This course will provide an interactive forum for medical education and communication. This meeting will focus on primary and revision total joint arthroplasty, as well as healthcare issues related to orthopaedic surgery. Aspects of joint arthroplasty will be examined through case-based discussions and audience interaction focusing on the latest, cutting edge procedures and technology for joint arthroplasty, which will provide optimal learning for orthopaedic surgeons.
