Course Description:
The Saville Journal Club is a recurring academic and clinical forum hosted by the Saville Cancer Screening and Prevention Center. It brings together providers, trainees, and allied health professionals to critically review and discuss recent literature related to cancer screening and preventative measures. The goal of the journal club is to foster evidence-based practice, promote interdisciplinary learning, and spark thoughtful dialogue on emerging research and its practical implications for patient care. Articles span a wide range of topics, from clinical guidelines and case studies to health policy and social determinants. Meetings are interactive and inclusive, emphasizing shared learning and collaborative growth.
