Series Description
This team is a dedicated multidisciplinary quality committee that monitors, evaluates, and improves the performance of the children’s surgical program, reducing inappropriate variation in care and improving patient safety. This committee provides a forum for assuring best quality of care, discussion and investigation of system problems, and a vehicle to produce recommended solutions and verify implementation.

Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
