Olivia Owusu-Boahen is a Pediatric Hospitalist with Children's National Hospital and she works full time out of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital. She completed her Medical School education at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, West Africa.

She completed an MPH in Women and Child Health at the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University in NY,NY after which she worked with the UNFPA in New York, NY. She then completed a Pediatric Residency at the Children's Hospital of New York, Harlem Hospital Pediatrics.

Dr Owusu has worked with multiple health systems in NY, NJ and Pennsylvania prior to joining the Children's Hospital team two years ago as a Pediatric Hospitalist. She works at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Medical Center.
