Description
These sessions offer presentations for practitioners in the field of Pediatric Hospital Medicine that address faculty development in the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Core Competencies (Clinical Care, Advocacy, Education, Research, Leadership, Procedures, and Billing/Coding) and includes Journal Club, and Quality Improvement/M&M, as well as other contemporary issues impacting the care of hospitalized children or the health care providers caring for this population.

Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Physicians may claim up to 1.0 credits in Type 1 CME on the Virginia Board of Medicine Continued Competency and Assessment Form required for renewal of an active medical license in Virginia.
