Care of the Hemostatic Resuscitation

1. Review the principles of hemostatic resuscitation in trauma and critical care, including pathophysiology of trauma-induced coagulopathy and the rationale behind balanced transfusion strategies
2. Discuss evidence-based strategies for blood product use and  adjuncts (TXA, calcium, viscoelastic testing)
3. Apply hemostatic resuscitation principles emphasizing early recognition, goal-directed therapy, and prevention of complications
