Steph Herbert is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) with over 17 years of progressive experience in primary care and more than 8 years leading hospital, community, and corporate wellness programming. She currently serves as Senior Director at Inova Well, where she integrates evidence-based wellness strategies to support healthcare professionals and patient populations alike.

Steph’s career spans from front-line clinical operations to executive leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing primary care, concierge, and executive health programs across the country. Her approach is rooted in whole-person care and integrative health, drawing on multiple certifications including HeartMath™ Trainer, Certified Perimenopause & Menopause Coach, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Healing Touch Level I Provider, and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
