Dr. Qaadir is a pediatrician at the Inova Cares Clinic for Children in Falls Church.  She has been involved in child health advocacy and policy work at the state level as a member of the Virginia-AAP chapter.  She has also served on the Advocacy Board of the Medical Society of Virginia.  She is also involved in medical education around public health within the U.S. healthcare system.
