Kat O'Donnell (they/them) is Inova Health System's Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Kat is an innovative DEI Leader and Change Agent with over 10 years of experience in progressive DEI advocacy, thought leadership, and program management. Kat holds an Executive Certificate in DEI from Georgetown University and a Master of Social Work degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore.
