McNett (2021) emphasized the necessity of evidence-based implementation for evidence-based practice (EBP). However, many physicians and clinicians lack the systematic knowledge to consistently implement evidence. Inova has encountered sustainability issues with several EBP projects. This educational event aims to enhance the abilities of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to enact evidence-based changes in practice with a higher likelihood of spread and sustainability. As highlighted by Weiner et al. (2023), incomplete implementation only delivers partial benefits.
