I was born and raised in the Nothern Virginia area and graduated nursing school from George Mason University. I started with Inova in 2007 as a setup technician in the OR and migrated into Women's Services. I graduated from nursing school and started in Emergency Medicine, which is where my heart will always be. I went into Nursing Float Pool for many years then transitioning into the Administrative Director role and then Patient Safety. I enjoy supporting others and helping us learn each and every day how we can improve patient care.
