Dr. Feghali is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the division of Maternal Fetal Medicine. She leads the diabetes in pregnancy program at Magee Womens Hospital of UPMC. Her research has examined predictors of treatment response and neonatal adverse outcomes in women with diabetes in pregnancy. Her current work focuses on the variation in the underlying metabolic mechanisms of diabetes in pregnancy and the potential role of individualized therapy.
