I am a clinical neuropsychologist with specialty training in neurodegenerative diseases. I recently joined Inova Medical Group Neurology after working as an assistant professor in the Neurology department at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC. My background is in the cognitive assessment of neurological and neurodegenerative diseases, although over time I developed another passion in working with patients with functional neurological disorders (FND), including functional (psychogenic) movement disorders and non-epileptic seizures. I now have a weekly clinic at Inova dedicated to providing consultation and treatment for FND.
