Her career commenced at the National Institutes of Health, where she gained experience in neurology and neurosurgery before transitioning to a 20-year focus on pediatrics. For the past eight years, Jennie has provided essential support to CAP's providers and families through her care coordination role. Her expertise lies in parent coaching, offering family support, and guiding individuals through the complex landscape of mental health access. Jennie currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband Jeff and their three daughters.
