Jaime is an experienced, Palliative Medicine nurse practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA. She spent seven years working as an intensive care nurse at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). In 2012, she started at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).  In 2016, she graduated and obtained a national board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) for Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP). Jaime has worked for 6 years in palliative care on inpatient consult teams in acute care hospitals. In December 2019, Jaime obtained her Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (ACHPN) certification form the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC).
