Michelle Gannon, PharmD, BCCP

Cardiology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Michelle received her PharmD degree from the University of Florida, and completed her PGY1 in pharmacy practice at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus and PGY2 in cardiology pharmacy practice at the University of Chicago Medicine. While she serves as the cardiology clinical pharmacy specialist for IFMC, her main practice area is in the cardiac intensive care unit and with the pulmonary hypertension program at Inova Farifax. Her special interests include heart failure, cardiogenic shock, acute coronary syndromes, anticoagulation, and within pulmonary hypertension, management of parenteral prostacyclins.
