Leigh Finnegan graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in English literature and mathematics. She graduated from medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed residency training in categorical pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She is currently a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellow at Children's National.
