Jessica Vucci is a Program Manager specializing in living donor kidney donation and paired kidney exchange. With more than 18 years of experience in kidney transplantation, she currently serves as a member of the American Society of Transplantation (AST) Living Donor Community of Practice and the National Kidney Registry (NKR) Operations Committee.

Throughout her career, Jessica has collaborated on numerous abstracts, poster presentations, and case studies focused on living kidney donation and kidney transplantation. She has been recognized by the National Kidney Registry with several prestigious awards for her dedication and contributions to paired kidney exchange, including the Excellence in Teamwork Award, Grace Under Pressure Award, and the Terasaki Innovation Award.

Jessica served for many years as a Paired Kidney Exchange Coordinator at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital before assuming her current role as Program Manager of the Paired Exchange Program at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Her professional focus is on expanding access to living kidney donation through innovative paired kidney exchange programs and advancing opportunities for patients in need of kidney transplantation.
