Steven Dean, MSHI, is the Senior Director of Virtual Care for the Inova Health System, located in Northern Virginia. He has been involved in telehealth for nearly two decades serving in operational and administrative capacities.  Steve is a past Chair of the mHealth Special Interest Group for the American Telemedicine Association, ATA and a current advisory board member and consultative partner of the Mid Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center.  He is a recognized speaker in virtual health, created a conference curriculum for mobile health, and co-authored the teleICU guidelines for ATA.  His expertise is technical administration of telemedicine and mobile services.
