William Butler, MBA, is an Ambulatory Principal Trainer at Inova Health System, specializing in ambulatory implementations. Since joining the Epic Training team in 2021, he has supported the onboarding of numerous ambulatory clinics and services and helped develop and implement new training curricula for Ambulatory Providers and Clinical Support teams, with a focus on efficiency and reducing electronic documentation burden. Prior to joining the training team, William spent several years in ambulatory operations leadership, building a strong foundation in supporting team members, improving workflows, and enhancing the patient experience.
