Manager, Clinical Applications

Victoria Dorn, MISM, BSN, RN, is a Manager of Clinical Applications at Inova Health System with more than 20 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical practice, healthcare technology, and application leadership. She leads teams supporting Epic clinical applications, including Radiant, Cupid, OpTime, Anesthesia, and Radiation Oncology, as well as integrated third-party systems.

Victoria brings a clinical and operational perspective to healthcare technology, with a focus on optimizing workflows, improving system usability, supporting patient care, and advancing effective use of the electronic health record. She is Epic Radiant certified and holds a Lean Green Belt certification. Her professional interests include clinical informatics, healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, process improvement, and developing high-performing application teams.
