Crystal Nemiroff, PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and orthopedics at Inova Physical Therapy. She has been practicing with Inova since 2004 and has treated patients with pelvic floor dysfunction across all genders since 2017.

Crystal completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Marymount University in 2004 and earned her post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2023. She completed pelvic rehabilitation training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and holds certification in manual trigger point therapy and dry needling, which she incorporates into the treatment of myofascial and pelvic pain when appropriate.

She also holds a Competency Certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation through Duke University and the American Physical Therapy Association. Crystal is passionate about helping patients understand the musculoskeletal contributors to pelvic health conditions and return to their desired activities with greater function and independence.

As a Physical Therapist III and APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor, Crystal is also involved in clinical education and professional development within Inova Physical Therapy.
