Dr. Meaghan Roy-O’Reilly is a specialty care physician board certified in neuro-oncology. She joined Inova in 2025 and has been practicing since 2021.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Roy-O’Reilly completed her neurology residency at Stanford University, followed by a fellowship in neuro-oncology. She specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care of patients with brain and spinal cord tumors.
