Dr. Way is a specialty care physician board certified in pediatric rheumatology and pediatrics at Inova Health System. She received her medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA, in 2008.

Dr. Way completed her pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina Children's Hospital in Charleston in 2011 and completed her fellowship training in pediatric rheumatology at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in 2014.
