Eduardo Mireles-Cabodevila, MD, FCCM, FAARC, CHSE

Dr. Eduardo Mireles-Cabodevila is a pulmonary and critical care physician at the Cleveland Clinic, where he serves as Vice Chair of the Division of Critical Care Medicine, Medical Director of the Medical ICU, and Medical Director of the Simulation and Advanced Skills Center. He is recognized for his work in mechanical ventilation, patient–ventilator interaction, and simulation-based education, and is the co-founder and co-director of the SEVA (Standardized Education for Ventilatory Assistance) program, a global initiative focused on physiologic, goal-directed ventilatory care. His academic interests include acute and chronic respiratory failure and neuromuscular diseases affecting the respiratory muscles.
