Carla Parker, MSN, MBA, RN, AMB-BC is the Director of Nursing Operations at Inova Ambulatory Operations & Physician & APP Services.  She has been engaged with the Health Disparities Conference planning for the past 3 years and understands the importance of community-based care, addressing health disparities and leading with a compassionate, patient-centered care. With a strong background in clinical leadership, she actively participates quality improvement initiatives across ambulatory nursing services, fostering excellence in patient care and operational performance.
