Mouneer Odeh is a dynamic leader who is passionate about using data-driven intelligence to accelerate research and discovery, improve patient care, drive efficiency and deliver better experiences. As VP and Chief Data and AI Officer, Mouneer aligns data and AI initiatives to enable Cedars-Sinai’s strategic objectives. 

Previously as Vice President of Analytics, Mouneer transformed the analytics operating model at Inova Health System, championing data-driven performance, service excellence, and innovation.  As VP, Enterprise Analytics & Chief Data Scientist at Jefferson Health, he led award-winning programs recognized in Digital Edge 50 and Drexel LeBow Analytics 50. At Quest Diagnostics, he shaped a pioneering data strategy, earning Quest a top spot in FORTUNE's most admired companies. He also founded Quest’s Information Ventures and established a novel health surveillance program in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). At marketRx, he developed cutting-edge analytics program for life-sciences companies.

Mouneer holds a MA in Economics from Georgetown University and a BA from McGill University. His work has been published in medical journals, whitepapers, and media outlets.
