Kat O'Donnell (they/them; she/her) is Inova Health's Director of Inclusion and Belonging. Kat is an innovative leader and consultant with over a decade of experience in progressive inclusion advocacy, thought leadership, and program design and management. Kat holds Executive Certificates in both Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and in Organization Development Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University, a Master of Social Work degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
