The American Journal of Perinatology (AJP) is proud to collaborate with the DPSG-NA to publish meeting abstracts and related publications.Please read the details and timeline below before submitting your abstract. Thank you for your submission!Timeline: NEW SUBMISSION DATES!!Abstract submissions due: August 15, 2025.Abstract review deadline: September 1, 2025.Submitters notified of acceptance: September 15, 2025. Abstracts should have a maximum of 300 words. Abstracts may be submitted if they have NOT been previously published (non-published abstracts CAN be resubmitted).Accepted Submissions: Accepted submissions will be published in a special edition of the American Journal of Perinatology. There will also be a fast track for publication of the manuscript in AJP once the manuscript is completed.Authors are encouraged to submit the completed manuscript to AJP within 2 months of the conclusion of the DPSG NA meeting. All accepted submissions will be given FREE registration to attend the Nov. 6-7, 2025 DPSG-NA Conference in Fairfax, VA. Abstract posters will be presented Nov. 6, from 5:15 - 6:30 pm.Scoring System:A scoring system is in place for reviewers to rate abstracts based on the established criteria, allowing for quantitative assessment and easier comparison is essential.
