The Principal Investigator (PI) Essentials Research training is designed primarily for physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals who serve as investigators on research studies. Goal: To equip Principal Investigators conducting research with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead research at Inova by understanding and applying the ethical, regulatory, operational, and leadership responsibilities necessary to conduct highly reliable, compliant research and safeguard the rights, safety and welfare of research participants.
