Jessica Falco-Walter, MD

Dr. Falco-Walter is an Associate Professor of Neurology, and adult epileptologist at Stanford University. She has served as the PI or Co-I on multiple research studies and authored many publications investigating new therapeutics, side effects of existing medications, dietary treatments and neurostimulators for epilepsy. At Stanford, she directs the Stanford Dietary Clinic for Epilepsy, and is an active part of Stanford’s Women’s Neurology initiatives as she has an interest in pregnancy and epilepsy. She is heavily involved in education, serving as the faculty lead for SIGN and directing the Introduction to Neurology Seminar for the medical students. She also is involved nationally and internationally with ACNS, AES, AAN, and the ILAE, serving on committees and giving presentations and workshops. In particular she has directed and presented a workshop at the AAN as well as at ACNS on Neuromodulation for epilepsy. She really enjoys advancing the field and working with others to improve treatments and spread knowledge.
