With over 30 years of dedicated nursing experience, I have built a career rooted in high-acuity patient care and clinical excellence. My background includes extensive work in emergency room and critical care settings, as well as specialized experience in flight medicine, where rapid decision-making and advanced clinical skills are essential. In addition to my nursing roles, I am a certified EMT and have served as both a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) representative and Pediatric CQI representative, contributing to the advancement of patient safety and care standards. I also bring expertise as an Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) specialist, supporting complex cardiac patients. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while continuously improving clinical outcomes.
