Harshal P. Shah, DO is a board-certified nephrologist practicing in Northern Virginia and Maryland. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network followed by fellowship training in Nephrology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. She joined Metropolitan Nephrology Associates in 2019 and manages a variety of kidney disorders with special interest in CKD, glomerular disorders, hypertension and kidney stones.  She is an active member of the American Society of Nephrology and is committed to advancing evidence-based kidney care through clinical practice and academic engagement.
