Gretchen Rickards, MD, MPH, FACP
Dr. Gretchen Rickards is an executive coach, internal medicine physician, and Clinical Assistant Professor at Thomas Jefferson University. She maintains a clinical and teaching role at ChristianaCare, where she previously served as Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Rickards is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed residency training at Tripler Army Medical Center and a fellowship in General Internal Medicine and Faculty Development at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, earning an MPH from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences during her service as a U.S. Army physician. Her work focuses on leadership development and helping physicians navigate complexity and change, with a particular interest in how feedback shapes growth and performance beyond training.
