Colonel (ret) Jessica Bunin, MD is a Critical Care Physician with a history as a Psychiatrist. She has held leadership positions in academic medicine throughout the physician lifecycle of undergraduate medical education, graduate medical education, and faculty development to include Critical Care Program Director, Assistant Dean of Faculty Development, Associate Dean of DEI, Associate Dean of Community and Professor of Medicine and Health Professions Education. She retired from the Army after a 23 year career with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. She is a Co-Founder and Chief Architect of All Levels Leadership, a company designed to revolutionize healthcare leadership training through coaching and consulting, and she is an International Coaching Federation certified executive leadership coach. She is currently authoring her first book: “From the Inside Out: How Self Aware Leaders Build Trust and Transform Healthcare” which is due out this fall.
