Gregory Trimble, MD, is the Division Chief for Academics for the Inova Medicine Service Line and the Associate Dean for the UVA / Inova Regional Campus.  Dr. Trimble received his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University Medical School in 2003. He trained in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Utah, where he served as an Internal Medicine chief resident from 2007-2008.

Dr. Trimble joined Inova as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist in 2008.  He served as the Internal Medicine clerkship director from 2011-2015. He completed the Stanford Faculty Development Center facilitator training program in clinical teaching in 2012.
