• Trained Physician, graduated in 2015
• Served as an allied health instructor/trainer for 3 years
• Completed post-Baccalaureate certification in Health Information Management and Health Informatics
• Certified in multiple domains (CDI, Coding, HIM operations, Data Analysis)
• Have worked in the CDI field since 2018 under various job titles, with works including designing and programming databases, providing clinical and coding education, and creating reporting tools for data analytics
• Joined INOVA in December 2024 as a CDI Physician Educator to serve primarily as a direct link between CDI professionals and Providers
