Dr. Danny Bui completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at Brown University Health in Providence, Rhode Island. Following residency, he joined the faculty at Brown, where he played an active role in resident education across acute pain management, neurosurgical anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, and point-of-care ultrasound. In addition, he served as the department’s Quality Improvement Lead, mentoring residents and guiding the successful completion of quality improvement projects as part of their graduation requirements.

Dr. Bui is deeply committed to global health and medical education. He participated in international educational initiatives in Rwanda for four consecutive years and in Vietnam for one year, where he led resident teaching programs, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and contributed to educational conferences.

After his tenure at Brown University Health, Dr. Bui joined the Northstar Anesthesia team at Inova Fairfax Hospital in March 2026.
