Ethan Hausman, MD

Dr. Ethan Hausman graduated from Albany Medical College. He then completed training in anatomic and clinical pathology at New England Deaconess Hospital-Harvard Medical School, transfusion medicine (adult and pediatric) at Thomas Jefferson University-American Red Cross, and pediatrics (Georgetown University Medical Center). In addition to providing direct patient care, he worked for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulating drugs, biologics, and devices for the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of common and rare disorders. His areas of regulatory expertise include premarket and postmarket product safety, and treatments for rare/orphan diseases and common gastroenterology and liver disorders.
Dr. Hausman is currently an independent regulatory consultant providing services to biopharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, and academia.
