Maya Edmond is a clinical pharmacy specialist with Inova Health System. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Hampton University School of Pharmacy in 2019. Following graduation, she completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She then went on to complete a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care pharmacy residency with Inova Health System in Fairfax, VA. Currently, she works for Inova Health System. In this role, she provides pharmacy support for primary care providers to assist with driving improvement in quality and affordability. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
