Shawn Tejiram, MD, FACS, FABA is a Burn Surgeon who received his General Surgery residency training at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital/MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a one-year Burn Research fellowship at the Burn Center at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, and then underwent a two year fellowship in Burn Surgery and Trauma Surgery/Surgical Critical Care at the University of California Davis Medical Center and Shriners Hospitals for Children Northern California. He currently works as an attending surgeon and assistant professor at the Georgetown University School of Medicine and MedStar Washington Hospital Center. His work has been presented and published both nationally and internationally.
