Dr. Cabello is a transplant hepatologist at Inova Fair Oaks and Inova Fairfax. He did his training in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology at the University of Pittsburgh.  He is interested in educating his patients about their liver disease and especially focusing on underserved communities. His other interests involve teaching the next generation of physicians and help them become well rounded physicians in gastroenterology and hepatology.  His prior research has been focused on alcohol hepatitis, TIPS in MASH cirrhosis and renal disease in cirrhosis. However, he enjoys seeing all the spectrum of liver disease in clinic.
