Dr. Rachel Casey is the Section Chief of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology and the Pediatric Service Line Ambulatory Director of Clinical Excellence for the Inova Health System. She completed medical school and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the George Washington University, and fellowship in pediatric and adolescent gynecology at Children’s National in Washington, DC. 

Dr. Casey is very active with The North American Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has held a variety of leadership positions with both organizations and is the incoming ACOG Virginia Section Treasurer for Fall of 2025. In her spare time, she is a wife and mother to 3 amazing kids and is in the throes of graduate school, earning a Master of Business Administration.

Dr. Casey is a passionate educator and advocate for the healthcare of women and children. She enjoys teaching and mentoring medical students and residents and takes great pride in supporting young people and their families in navigating gynecologic concerns from birth through adolescence.
