Kat O'Donnell (they/them; she/her) is Inova Health System's Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Kat is an innovative DEI leader and consultant with over a decade of experience in progressive DEI advocacy, thought leadership, and program design and management. Kat holds Executive Certificates in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and in Organization Development Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University, a Master of Social Work degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
