Serena McReynolds, RN, is a pediatric emergency nurse with extensive experience in clinical practice, education, and evidence-based process improvement. She has led projects focused on improving child abuse screening with the TEN-4-FACESp tool and enhancing triage accuracy using the Emergency Severity Index (ESI). Serena has presented at the Emergency Nursing Association Annual Conference and is a published co-author in the Journal of Emergency Nursing. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in nursing leadership and remains committed to advancing nursing practice through education, collaboration, and innovation.
