Medical director, Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management.

Dr. Richter is an anesthesiologist and serves as the medical director for Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management at Inova Fairfax.  She is also an assistant professor at UVA School of Medicine and enjoys working with medical students and residents.  She attended medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine and then completed residency and fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.  When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and spending time with her husband and daughters.
